1. How to start a conversation
Message Nicole at 573-RIBBONS (573-742-2667) about quotes, gift questions, pickup, or delivery. Your first text is your consent to get conversational replies about your order. There is nothing to sign up for and no keyword to send: texting the number is how you opt in, and it is the only way we will have your mobile number for texting.

2. What we will send you
Answers to questions about your gifts, sizes and wrapping. A quote when a gift has to be priced by hand. Arranging pickup, drop-off or delivery, and letting you know when your gifts are ready. We only reply about your own order - we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

3. Message frequency, rates and consent
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data.

4. Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you; we will send one message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or write to info@ribbonsnbows.gifts. Stopping texts does not affect your order - we will email or phone you instead.
